RHS Garden at Rosemoor
Rosemoor is one of North Devon’s nine gardens.
The gardens in Devon stretch across Exmoor. They range from formal, informal, naturalistic, ancient to modern. The original garden was created by Lady Anne Berry and surrounded by gorgeous woodland.
Rosemoor is an ornamental garden. The plants were established in its first 10 years. There are now longer-term planting projects happening. The surrounding woodlands are being managed to reintroduce; native trees, wild flowers and encourage wildlife.
There are many different types of garden; stream gully, woodland, fruit and vegetable, cottage and stone.
