Breakfast is served between 08.30 & 09.15
Please help yourself from the selection on the Buffet Table, which includes

A choice of fresh fruit juices, Orange, Apple, Grapefruit & Pineapple
A selection of Kellogg’s and Dorset Cereals
(Gluten free Muesli available by request)
Fresh fruit including raspberries, bananas, strawberries
Grapefruit segments – prunes – dried fruit compote
Organic Greek style Yoghurt


Please select from the following choices; or mix & match as preferred:

Porridge
Cooked in the traditional way with water & salt, add a topping of your choice including fresh fruit from the buffet, honey, maple syrup or clotted cream

Traditional English breakfast
Any combination of grilled bacon, sausage, mushrooms tossed in butter,
grilled tomato, hash brown and egg – fried, scrambled or poached

Vegetarian Breakfast
A selection of vegetarian sausages is available;
please inform us if you wish to substitute for these

Smoked Salmon & Eggs
Sliced smoked salmon on a buttered pan-griddled English muffin with scrambled eggs

Ham & Eggs
West Country Ham on a buttered pan-griddled English muffin with scrambled eggs

Bacon & Eggs
Poached, Scrambled or fried egg with grilled bacon served on brown or white toast, English muffin or pan griddled croissant

Grilled Kippers
Whole kipper smoked in the traditional way, grilled and served with melted butter

Poached Smoked Haddock served with a poached Egg and grilled Tomatoes
Served with homemade brown bread and butter

Pancakes with Bacon and Maple Syrup
Griddled pancakes with crispy bacon and Canadian maple syrup



Homemade brown & white toast (gluten free by request) with homemade marmalade or local honey and jams, a fresh cafetiere of Columbian or decaffeinated coffee and a selection of tea are available including fruit & decaffeinated.

 

The majority of dietary requirements can be catered for if notified in advance
