European with her own creative twist,
and with the benefit of fresh seasonal
Exmoor and coastal produce.
Fish arrives fresh from the Brixham
day boats, raspberries are collected
from a local market gardener, herbs
are picked from Highcliffe's gardens,
ice creams, sorbets, scones and
bread are home made.
The light-filled conservatory style
restaurant enjoys spectacular sea
views and by night you can often
make out the distant twinkling lights
of Wales from your candle lit table.
