Directions from the A316 Barnstaple Link Road onto A399:
1. A399 to Blackmore Gate take the A39 signed Lynton & Lynmouth
2. After about 9 miles at Barbrook turn left to Lynton opposite
the petrol station
3. Follow the road (B3234) Lynbridge Road ignoring the first sign up to Lynton passing the Bridge Inn at Lynbridge on your right until you reach a STOP sign.
4. Bear left to Lynton rising up Castle Hill, pass the small thatched cottage on your right and immediately after the car park on your left, bear left following the road around passing St Vincent's on your right and the Library on your left. At the T junction (Globe PH in front of you) turn left and carry on up Sinai Hill (1:4) the Crown PH is on your left.
5. Highcliffe House is about 200 meters on the left, pull onto the drive and park in one of the designated spaces taking care not to block the turning space.
Directions from the A39 Minehead:
1. From Countisbury Hill down into Lynmouth, cross Lyndale Bridge (coach car park on your left) and take the B3234 right, up Lynmouth Hill to Lynton
2. Turn sharp right into Castle Hill (hairpin bend)
3. Follow directions from 4 above.
