The view looks west over Lynton town to Hollerday Hill, with the Bristol Channel and Swansea in the distance. The views of a summer evening sunset sky can be quite beautiful behind Hollerday Hill.

The panelled ensuite shower room has a shower cubicle with basin & WC and the room is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, clock radio alarm, hairdryer and hospitality tray
