Breakfast is served between 08.30 & 9.15

Please help yourselves from the selection on the buffet table which includes

 

A choice of fresh fruit juices – Orange – Apple – Grapefruit & Pineapple

A selection of breakfast cereals, (Gluten Free Muesli available by request)

Fresh fruit salad, Grapefruit segments – prunes and dried fruit compote

Yeo Valley Organic Greek Style Yoghurt

 

Please note: one portion of scrambled egg is made with three eggs, double cream and butter, If you would prefer them cooked differently please let us know

 

Porridge

Made in the traditional way with water and a pinch of salt, add a topping of your choice - fresh fruit from the buffet, local honey, clotted cream or maple syrup

 

Traditional English breakfast

Any combination of grilled bacon, sausage, mushrooms cooked in butter, grilled tomato, hash brown and egg – fried, scrambled or poached

 

Vegetarian Breakfast

Vegetarian sausages are available; please tell us if you wish to substitute for these

 

Smoked Salmon & Eggs

Scrambled or poached eggs on a toasted English muffin topped with a slice of smoked salmon

 

Eggs Benedict (poached with Hollandaise sauce) or just Ham & Eggs

West Country ham on a toasted English muffin with poached or scrambled eggs

 

Bacon & Eggs

Poached, scrambled or fried eggs with white or brown toast or an English muffin

 

Grilled Kipper

Whole kipper smoked in the traditional way

 

Poached Smoked Haddock served with a poached egg and grilled tomato

 

Pancakes with grilled bacon and maple syrup

Canadian style hotcakes with crispy bacon and Maple syrup

 

Good old fashioned Bacon Sandwich

Two or three pieces of grilled bacon in brown or white homemade bread toasted on one side

 

Followed by

 

Homemade brown or white toast with homemade marmalade or local jams and honey, fresh Columbian or decaffeinated coffee, Miles breakfast tea or a selection of fruit and green or decaffeinated tea
