The breakfast room at Highcliffe House is one of the B&B’s most unique and attractive features. Our guests love it.
From its prime elevation, guests can enjoy panoramic views of Lynton, Countisbury Hill and Foreland Point. South Wales; Swansea and Porthcawl can be seen clearly on a good day. Highcliffe House is one of a few guesthouses boast such a commanding sea view and of the Exmoor landscape and coast.
The breakfast room has had many looks over the years. 2017 sees a newer more modern look. We’ve dispensed with the starched white linen table cloths and dark brown furnishings. Primrose yellow drapes have been replaced with natural linen tones. The tables and chairs are now chalky white, giving the whole room a lighter, brighter feel.
The morning sun streams in the windows the whole room glows in the most tranquil light. Guests that join us for a weekend break or long stay, enjoy an award-winning breakfast with an exceptional sea view.
The breakfast room is not the only changes we’re making for 2017. Check out the new Garden Terrace! It looks amazing and it’s the perfect place to enjoy a Devon cream tea in the Summer sun.
